Her role at the CCIC included providing virtual and live speech and language evaluations and auditory-based therapy to children and adults with cochlear implants, hearing aids and bone conduction hearing aids. She participated in research, presented at numerous conferences, developed online therapy approaches, and mentored both students and professionals seeking LSLS certification.

Dr. Evans strives to provide quality therapy to individuals of all ages with all degrees of hearing loss. Whether it be to develop spoken language or to maximize use of a hearing device(s) to successfully communicate in everyday life, she works together with the families and individuals she serves to help them achieve communication goals.
