Aural Rehabilitation

Hearing but not understanding? Aural Rehabilitation therapy is designed to help you with your hearing aid(s) or cochlear implant(s).

The goal is to learn to use your hearing device to communicate effectively in everyday settings. That can include using the telephone, enjoying music, hearing in crowded settings and maximizing your comfort with using the accessories that often accompany hearing aids and cochlear implants.

Auditory-Verbal Based Therapy

Auditory Verbal Based Therapy, also known as Listening and Spoken Language Therapy, is designed to empower parents and caregivers.

Through fun activities, games and stories, therapy helps parents and caregivers learn the strategies and skills to use in everyday situations where most language development occurs.

Children aged 6 months and older are eligible for services.
